Knowledge rules.

In early 2002, John Kim and Darren Hensley had a vision of creating a Colorado law firm that had the ability to provide sophisticated legal counseling with the same expertise and quality found at national or large regional law firms, but with a greater focus on personalized client service and at a much more attractive cost structure. The firm immediately began building a roster of some of the finest legal talent in this part of the country and providing counsel and guidance to such prestigious companies as Microsoft, McDATA, Brocade, Corel, and Level 3. In 2007 the firm changed its name to Hensley Kim & Holzer, LLC and, in just a few short years, established itself as a leader in the Rocky Mountain Region.


Counterform was asked to step in and immediately take over all the marketing initiatives for the firm, beginning with a new corporate website. Along the way, we wrote press releases, created and managed ad campaigns, and elevated the story of their brand across the board. The firm closed its doors in October 2011, signaling a merger with Polsinelli Shughart and acknowledging that the best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time.
